I've spent nearly two decades building at the intersection of technology and real-world impact — from critical-path systems for Fortune 500 companies to consumer apps at the top of the App Store. I founded STAANCE, scaled it to 80 people across four countries, and exited. Now I'm building LineAI: voice as the capture and execution layer for the systems businesses run on.
Why I'm building this
I've been watching the same problem show up in industries that look nothing alike, for over a decade.
As a developer at GEICO, I worked alongside claims reps who traveled to remote locations every day, needing rapid access to systems of record while stranded with no connectivity. At STAANCE, I spent six years building enterprise infrastructure for organizations to capture intelligence from distributed communities. In 2022, I spent time working in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, even tagging along to drill sites where multi-million-dollar operations ran on paper because no software fit the physical reality of the work — I even recommended they buy an ERP, and in 2026 they're running LineAI instead, because the ERP couldn't meet them where the work happens. In 2024, I embedded one day a week for six months at a San Francisco design firm, watching architects and contractors invent their own voice hotline because no software could keep their records current from a job site.
Systems of record are never where work happens, and the one interface that reaches every worker everywhere is the phone.
When agentic voice crossed the usability threshold in 2025, I'd already spent a decade diagnosing exactly what it could finally solve. That's LineAI.
Career
Critical-path systems. Millions in nightly transactions. Enterprise-scale engineering before "scale" was a startup buzzword.
Built and sold. First proof that product taste and technical depth compound into something acquirable.
80 employees · 4 countries · #2 App Store · 3M+ MAU. Built a global team and a product millions used every day.
Spent six months embedded at a San Francisco design firm, studying how operational work happens when the screens can't reach it. The observations became the foundation for LineAI.
Voice-native agentic infrastructure for systems of record. The answer I'd been looking at for a decade, finally buildable.
Working with customers across mortgage, government claims, oil & gas, design and construction, and enterprise operations. Five industries. One pattern. One platform.
